Dear Santa

Whenever we go to "Mall Mart" MaKayla must make a stop over to the toys and visit Thomas and Friends. She always seems to walk out of the store with a train, but this visit was different...Daddy put his foot down. She wanted Victor the train but was told that she needed to wait and ask Santa. The flood gates opened but soon stopped when we told her we could write Santa a letter telling him what she wanted. When we got home we pulled out a paper and pen and wrote to the big guy:
Dear Santa
MaKayla has been a very good girl this year and so has Mommy. Daddy and James have been good boys too.
Me: What should we tell Santa you want?
Kayla: VICTOR, Rosie, James, Bertie, Lady, Rocky, Salty, Charlie, Cranky, Knapford Station, jammies and socks.
M: Anything else?
K: And...a blue kitchen
M: What should we ask Santa to bring James?
K: Hmmm, TOYS!
M: What kind of toys?
K: Uhhh, he wants to share Kayla's toys.
M: Really? Ok. What does Daddy want Santa to bring him?
K: A turkey.
M: Anything else?
K: And a toilet!
M: Sweet. What should Santa bring Mommy?
K: A turkey annnnnnnnd CHOCOLATE.
Then she proceeded to tell me that I should let Santa know that he could find all of the stuff she wanted at "Mall Mart". Crazy kid! At least she got one thing right, Mommy does want chocolate. :)
