Kayla Baby is 3!

MaKayla is 3! We celebrated her birthday Sunday with family. It was a great day filled with presents, yummy treats and fun! This birthday was especially fun because she actually understood what was going on.
She helped me make her birthday cupcakes. We had pumpkin chocolate chip, red velvet, and triple chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, a peach tart and ice cream.
When my parents arrived my Mom asked MaKayla whose birthday it was she said, "SHELBY'S!"
Jenni and Kayla.
Waiting to open presents with Alisha, James, Grandma Lola and Craig.
Telling Josh all about her cupcakes.
Time to open presents! Let the paper fly girl!
She was pretty excited about her Thomas and friends presents, there were squeals and lots of jumping up and down going on.
More trains!
Cake time! She picked out the food coloring for the frosting and the whole time I frosted them she kept saying, "These are for me, huh Mom!?" She also requested chocolate cupcakes but only ended up licking the frosting off of it. Silly girl!
"Andy! Andy! Open it!"
Garrett and his luscious hair. :)
MaKayla making necklaces with her cool beads that she got for her birthday.
MaKayla was spoiled rotten this year by family. She got some very cute clothes, her first Barbie, trains, tools, tool box (Daddy made for you) and stuffed animals.
I just can't say enough about my sweet baby. I love you so much my little angel bug. You are such a good girl and are the best side kick a mom could ask for. You make me laugh everyday and bring me so much happiness! We hope you had a great birthday!
Some things you like:
Sing! You sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Once There Was a Snowman, The Itsy Bitsy Spider, and Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam.
Cartoons! You love to watch Team Umizoomi, Mickey Mouse Club House and Handy Manny (you even sing the theme songs).
Movies! You watch Thomas and Friends almost every day. You also like to watch The Princess and The Frog ("Oh Grand-ma-ma your light out!")
You like to repeat everything Mom says, like "Okey-okey" (Okey-dokey), "Does that sound good?" and my favorite "Son of a BI!" When we drive out to Tremonton we pass a lot of cows, when it's stinky we say, "Kayla did you fart?" And she will laugh and say, "Noooo, a cows pooped!"
Dance! You like to shake what your Mama gave you. You'll just stand there and wiggle your bum and occasionally you'll add a little elbow action.
