Oh, May! You have been such a great month for memories. Micah, the kids and I finally found The Best Corndog in The World truck. It did not disappoint. MaKayla graduated from first grade and James from preschool. We visited family for Memorial Day, ate food, played on a mini four-wheeler and went to a wedding. On a not so good note we had a student driver merge into the side of our Pilot, but we refused to let it ruin May for us.
We headed out to visit my sweet Grammy on the 25th. I miss her so much, she was the best. We headed out to Snowville with Craig and Lola on the 23rd to visit Grandma and Grandpa Garbanati's grave. The morning started out really drizzly and cold but by the afternoon it was warm enough to work on Grandpa's new shed.
We also went out to Clarkston on the 25th and met my family at my Grandpa Buttars' grave. He was a great man. I have lots of memories of him from Thanksgivings to being outside in his garden. He is missed. He passed just after James turned 1.
James graduated from Wise Bird Preschool with Mrs. Julie. He looked forward to going every Tuesday and Thursday and was very disappointed when it wasn't a school day. He even made a new best friend, Anthony. At graduation he recited his poem Diddle Diddle Dumpling like a champ and helped lead everyone in the pledge. He loved seeing all his family in the audience. We headed for St. George on the 28th for Cena and Van's wedding. We got there a few days early so the cousins could see each other. The kids swam all day Friday. They were little fish.
While the kids swam Alisha, Lola and I headed to the salon next to our hotel and got pedicures for the wedding. It was so nice.
Later that night we ate at the Pizza Factory.
Finally the day of the wedding arrived (30th)! We have been so excited for this day. Cena asked MaKayla to be one of her flower girl and she was counting down the days like it was her wedding. She was so excited that Cena asked her to be a part of her special day.
We found a pretty spot on our way up to Zions and we stopped really quick for a few family pictures.
The wedding was perfect. It was such a lovely ceremony, Cena looked amazing! We are so grateful that we were able to go and witness such a beautiful day! After the ceremony there was food and dancing, and more food and more dancing. The kids had so much fun on the dance floor; we couldn't keep them off of it.
Congrats to Cena and Van!

I love all the photos but that one of you and Micah at the wedding is amazing! Like print that thing and hang it on your wall awesome!
