YAY for the Box Elder County Fair and Rodeo! We go every year and it is a must! Wednesday night we met Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa Estep, and Grandma and Be-Bow in Tremonton and headed over to the parade together. We always sit in the back of Grandpa Estep's truck. The kids had a blast!
We had to wait for a while for the parade to make it to us, but it finally did. Grandpa and James are holding their hearts for the flag. Grandma Lola and Kayla are excited for all the candy. James is letting Grandpa Estep know that the parade is coming! Grandma Estep and Kayla waiting for the princesses.
James took his turn sitting on everyones laps. He would let Kayla collect all the candy for him. Smarty pants. While he was sitting with Be-Bow he examined all of his owies and kissed them better. This is the most aggressive Kayla has ever been at a parade but there were lots of kids so she needed to fight for her candy rights. We taught her to wave and then wait for them to throw the candy. What Grandma goes out in the road with you to help you get all the candy you can?! Grandma Estep! She's the best!
They save the best machines for the end of the parade...the TRACTORS! James was loving them! The many faces of James' excitement.
