Shelby Girl

On the 11th we had to put our beloved love pup Shelby down.  She was the cutest sweetest dog.  She was spoiled rotten and loved to pieces.  We all liked to claim her as our own and all took care of her at different times in her life, but she was Andy's dog.
Shelby girl had many nick names, some of them came from the costumes that I got her.  For Halloween every year she was "bat dog" and for Valentine's she was "love pup".  She was also lovingly known as Shmelbert, Shebby, Shelb, Shelb-a-nator, and Shelbman.
She was so patient with the kids and loved all the attention they gave her.  She loved to clean the dishes and could find food anywhere.  You always knew what she wanted cause those big brown eyes would look at whatever she wanted and then back at you.

In memory of the Shelb we got Fredrico's and ate it at Mom and Dad's after we buried her out back.  That wasn't enough so we headed over to Aggie Ice Cream the next night for a cold treat.

You are missed Shelby.
